A damaged underfloor heating system flooded a stunning, new apartment in Vauxhall, London which in turn leaked into a multi-million pound Boardroom below. Clarks Construction undertook construction works to completely strip the flooring, remove the underfloor heating system and replace and restore to its former glory by redecorating both apartment.
All works were completed on time and on budget.
