MDM Timber experienced a collapsed roof with extensive water damage, requiring an 8-month refurbishment and remodelling of the ground and first floor of the building situated in Basildon, Essex. Works undertaken were repositioning of internal partitions and firebreaks, replacement of suspended ceilings, new timber joinery, refurbishment of internal staircase and WC’s, complete electrical rewire and new primary heating distribution, new external doors and access ramp.
All works were completed on time and on budget.
