Park Buildings was a large 12-month project, consisting of the refurbishment works of external areas to three residential blocks situated in the area of Bow in East London. Works undertaken were scafolding to perimeter of all three buildings, replacement of soffits and facias, guttering and downpipes, replacement of broken roof slates, installation of 42 no velux roof lights, overlay of small flat roofs, replacement of 2 no. large zinc turret roofs, structural repairs to 21 cantileverd balconies, doff brick cleaning, render repairs, window care repair system to all timber windows and doors, full redecoration works to all windows, doors and metal balconies.
All works were completed on time and on budget.
