St Katherines Road was an insurance claim undertaken at a residential property resulting from severe damp coming through the wall causing significant damage to the downstairs living room, hallway and stairs and upstairs landing. We undertook works to strip all old carpets, staircase and carefully remove doors, door frames and skirting to be treated and repainted, whilst our Electrician removed the fuse box to be reinstalled upon completion. The affected wall was kango back to the brickwork, followed by the application of three coats of Blackjack 908 DPM to stop moisture protruding through in the future and then completely replastered. Decorators painted the walls and ceilings with the colour requested by the client, followed by new underlay and carpet, finishing with a deep clean to the clients’ satisfaction.

All works completed on time and on budget.
